Kim Holder was born and raised in Mayville and received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Mayville State University. Upon graduation she spent over 20 years in the Human Resources field, most recently as the Human Resources Site Leader for Microsoft in Fargo, ND.

Her husband, Greg Holder and she currently reside in Fargo, ND and own a retail store in Park Rapids, MN, Rustic Cabin Decor, which is one of many businesses they have owned over the years. They currently flip homes in the area as well.

Kim looks forward to returning to her roots and helping a Mayville business expand and grow in the Fargo region. She and her husband have owned many homes as well as purchasing homes to flip through their business which has provided her a head start in understanding the Real Estate Business.
